Medical Info: Nothing unusual.

Hair: Silver
Physical traits: Tattoo on his neck, marking him as a +Anima. It's almost always hidden by his clothes.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: In theory, anything. However, unless you have a reason for sensing there's something unusual about him (psychic/spiritually sensitive/etc) there'd be no reason for anyone to know about his, ah... fishiness. If you wanna find a way to force it out of him, though, be my guest!
Mentionable IC: See above~ Do what you like to him, but don't expect him to take it well. He's not a very kind and forgiving person.
Abilities: Ability to turn his lower body into a fish tail at will. Ability to breathe underwater. Ability to look good in drag.
Notes for the Psychics: Canon's... kind of vague on this, but from what I can tell about +Anima, they have an animal spirit living alongside their own. Something like the Fruits Basket thing, or similar, perhaps? Anyway, psychics and the spiritually sensitive are free to notice (and point out!) that not only is there a normal angry little boy soul, there's also the soul of a fish living there in harmony. Or possibly grafted to his own. Either way, it's odd.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Feel free to get in fights with Husky -- he's trained in self-defense with his staff, so he should be able to defend himself reasonably well. If it looks like it might get serious, though, poke me...? As for bodyswapping/shapeshifting, talk to me first -- I'll probably approve but I'd like to know.
Maim/Murder/Death: ... for now I'm saying no. :/

Canon: +Anima is a shounen manga set in a fantasy world where some people have gained the power to assume the characteristics of a specific animal. These people, known as +Anima, are often feared and hated for their powers, seen as "monsters" simply because they are different.

Husky is a fish +Anima with the power to turn his lower body into fins and a tail. Insert mermaid joke here. Mistaking him for a girl will send him into fits of rage, as he flails and yells and loudly asserts his manliness. However, he wears earrings, loves shiny expensive jewelery, and isn't above crossdressing for the money (in fact, he first appears in the manga while posing as a "mermaid princess" in the circus. He will never live it down).

Husky is pessimistic, short-tempered, and stubborn; always the first to voice his opinion (which is usually negative) and the first to disagree with someone else's (frequently by whacking them across the head with his staff). He also claims, loudly, violently, and with lots of flustered blushing, to hate girls, prickling at the very idea of having to deal with them (this could be because he's mistaken for one so often, or it could be because he's a twelve-year-old boy).

That's not to say that he's a bad guy. Somewhere deep inside, he's a good person. People just annoy him too much for him to bother acting like one.
